Alison’s area of expertise is cross-functional business process improvement and management. She is a results-oriented professional with over 30 years working with senior management teams in a wide variety of industries - both Fortune 500 or global firms and smaller organizations. Alison advises the BSC team and clients on projects where a business process element could enhance performance improvements that arise from the data-driven BSC methods.

Alison holds an undergraduate degree in mathematics from the University of Waterloo and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier.
